About your Order

About Your Print

All prints come unmounted and unframed unless otherwise stated.
Colours may vary from how the image appears on screen.

Packaging

I have taken care to create your beautiful artwork and I want to ensure it arrives with you in pristine condition. For this reason, I have put the same amount of thought and love into my packaging as I have my artworks.

For posting, A4 & A3 giclée prints are placed in a compostable and biodegradable sleeve. The sleeve is plastic like in appearance but is made from potato starch so that you can pop it in your food waste bin or compost heap after you have given your print a permanent home. A recycled cardboard backing is put inside the sleeve to ensure the print is supported on its travels, before it is placed in a cardboard backed envelope and sent off on its journey to you.

Prints larger than A3 size will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper and sealed in a postal tube, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Postage

All orders are posted using Royal Mail.

Standard postage will be dispatched 2nd class and Express, 1st class within the UK. Please be mindful of this.

Orders for Europe, North America and Australia are all sent tracked to try and prevent any losses and keep the customer as informed as possible. This reassurance is reflected in the postage price. Thank you for understanding.

Once you have placed your order it will be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days (excluding pre-orders, please allow 2-3 weeks)
You'll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order within the UK and Ireland. If you're a customer in Europe, please allow 10 working days and for Australia, New Zealand and North America, please allow 16 - 20 working days.

I have registered with Taxamo Assure to pay any customs or duty charges on my end to avoid you having to do so but please be aware these may still be incurred in your country and if this is the case, import charges and taxes are not included in the price of the painting or shipping, and are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order has not arrived within the above estimated time frame, please allow a further 3 working days and then drop me a message via hello@amirapaints.com.

During busy seasons of the year, i.e. Christmas, global pandemics and strike action, unfortunately any postal delays experienced by Royal Mail are out of my control. I accept no responsibility for any orders not arriving in time for intended occasions, this is dependent on when the customer places the order and the capacity of the postal service.

I want your order to arrive as quickly as possible to you, so I will always endeavour to be as transparent as possible about postage and timings.

Returns

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I hope with all my heart that your artwork arrives in immaculate condition but if that's not the case then please contact me within 14 days of your purchase, with pictures of any damages incurred in transit, to claim a refund or exchange. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at hello@amirapaints.com
As I'm a small business, it will be your responsibility to pay postage. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

You can always contact me regarding any return queries at hello@amirapaints.com

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
